Wabash #51 on display at the Elgin County Railway Museum, St. Thomas, ON.         
A 43 ton switch engine built by GE in 1939 in Erie, Pennsylvania. Powered by two 150 h.p. engines. This unit worked the St. Thomas north yard from 1939 until 1961 when it was sold to Merrillies Equipment Co. in Toronto, ON. It worked around Toronto until 1967 when it was sold to the Atlas Steel Co. in Tracy, PQ. where it worked until 1994. The Elgin County Railway Museum then purchased "Tillie" and returned her to St. Thomas, ON.
